Dear Parents and Carers of Class 5B,
I am writing to share some important staffing news for Class 5B. As you already know, both current class teachers will be leaving at the end of Term 4. We are very grateful for their hard work and commitment to the children, and we wish them the very best in their next steps.
I am pleased to let you know that we have successfully recruited a new class teacher, Miss Chloe Walcott, who will be teaching 5B for the remainder of the academic year. This will not be a job share—Miss Walcott will be the full‑time class teacher moving forward.
To ensure a smooth transition, Miss Walcott will be joining us from Monday. This will give her time to complete a thorough handover, meet the children, speak with staff, and begin to get to know our school family.
